Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI-Fluence, operated by Media House OÜ, registered in Estonia. By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

What the service does

AI-Fluence asks AI models questions about your brand on a schedule, stores their answers, and reports how your brand is described over time. If you connect Google Analytics, it also reports how visitors reach the pages you publish.

The answers come from third-party AI models and are not statements of fact. Models are non-deterministic: the same question can produce different answers, and they can be wrong, out of date, or inconsistent between providers. We report what the models said. We do not verify it, and neither the answers nor the scores derived from them should be treated as advice.

Accounts

Accounts are created by us and access is granted under a licence agreed separately. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has them. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• monitor brands you have no legitimate business interest in
• use the service to harass, defame, or mislead
• attempt to access other customers' data, or to circumvent authentication
• resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement
• automate access in a way that degrades the service for others

Your data

You keep ownership of everything you put into the service — your brands, your questions, and any analytics data you connect. We use it to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use it to train models and we do not sell it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party AI providers; if one changes its models, pricing, or terms, or becomes unavailable, results may change or gaps may appear in your history. We may add, remove, or replace providers, and will tell you when a change materially affects your data.

Scheduled monitoring runs at approximately the configured time. Exact timing is not guaranteed.

Fees

Fees, billing period and scope are set out in the licence agreed with you. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a period already begun.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunity. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if required by law. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy; ask us before you leave if you want an export.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes fall to the courts of Estonia.
